How we work, legally. We are a UK business. We are not a licensed broker in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, and we don't act as one there. When you go ahead, a broker licensed in that country (by RERA in Dubai, or by REGA in Saudi Arabia) handles the viewing, offer and transfer, and the sale is registered with the official land registry. We may receive a referral fee from that broker or the developer; we will always tell you before you proceed. Our UK work is carried on under the Estate Agents Act 1979 and the UK money laundering regulations.
